No amount of rain or clouds could have made Wendy and Lucas anything less than so incredibly joyous and happy this past Friday! They started dating in college at VCU and Wendy knew that the big question was going to be coming soon. The clouds and rain held out as Lucas and Wendy walked throughout DC. He walked Wendy towards the same spot they had started dating exactly three years ago and got down on one knee.She said yes in less than a heartbeat. Tears, happiness, disbelief, joy, kisses, hugs, laughter and the biggest smiles you could ever see 🙂 And staring at the ring, LOTS of staring at the ring. Because it was perfect, everything was perfect. Even later as it started pouring down rain as we were taking pictures, nothing could dampen their spirits. Lucas and Wendy were THE happiest couple in all of D.C. from the moment he got down on one knee until the very last twirl before they walked off together at Union Station after taking pictures.
