Now that we know how to ensure our website is conversion-oriented (no worries if you missed it, catch up here!), let’s dive deeper into your photography services page. In this week’s video, I dive into the 5 components every photographer’s services page needs. Let’s go!
Here are the components we covered in today’s video:
1. Marry (no pun intended) your Portfolio and Pricing pages. Forgo the two separate pages to have an “Experience” page instead. This page should speak directly to the client showing them the value you provide as their photographer and outline the whole process before they see the price tag.
2. A tagline that showcases what sets you apart from other wedding photographers. Think about your skills, core values, and personality!
3. Location, location, location! Ensure your service location is clearly stated, including if you are open to travel. This shouldn’t be a question your potential client still has after visiting your page!
4. SHOW me the investment – listing a price point on your page is helpful for all parties involved. If you have a starting price listed, consider including the average price so your clients are fully aware. Transparency is key and will save you and your couples so much time!
5. Include a contact form at the end of the service page! Your potential client has read through the whole experience and is ready to say “yes!” – so let’s make it easy for them to take the next step!
