What Sparked My Revenue Growth in Business This Year
There are two things that helped me hit last year’s revenue… in the first six and a half months of 2025 and they might be surprising to you.
If we’re calling it like it is, revenue was overall lower in 2024 and the year was SLOW to start. I heard this time and time again from my clients, and yet no one was really talking about it publicly.
Here’s what I went all in on (even when it felt easy to question whether anything was working anymore with the algorithm and economy shifting on us once again).
Why Nervous System Support and Team Investments Fueled Revenue Growth in Business
I stuck with pouring my energy into: → Nervous system regulation
→ Investing in my team and industry relationships
Not a fancy strategy.
Not going viral with a reel on Instagram.
Not waking up at 5am with a color-coded calendar.
^ I actually kind of ditched time-blocking too (…and all the productivity gurus go gasp)
Ditching the Hustle: No Time-Blocking or Viral Strategy Needed
The real breakthrough came when I stopped trying to hold the entire business by myself and started making decisions from a grounded place instead of a reactive one—even when it felt like it was bareeeelyyy working at times.
Getting support gave me the margin to pause before making every decision. To check in with what actually moved the business forward. And then to go deeper into what worked and not just constantly chase the next shiny strategy.
Building With Support, Not Just Survival
This season I’m holding stronger boundaries, really focusing on the work that only I can do in my business, delegating more and giving responsibility to my team members and pouring a lot of energy into LEADING.
I can finally say I’m building from stability and not just survival.
I’m curious, what are YOU building towards? Or if you’ve seen a huge growth in revenue in your business before, now looking back, what was the catalyst for it?
And if you’re looking to invest in team support yourself for help managing your launches, let’s chat. I’d love to help you move from reactive to grounded, and build the backend of your business to support sustainable growth for the long run.
