Today I’m breaking down how I plan monthly inside my business!

It all starts with my quarterly goals that I then break down into success standards and action steps using Kat Schmoyer’s yearly & quarterly calendars! My brain works best when I have a specific plan for what to focus on each week!

I then assign 1 main focus that I’m devoting a lot of time and energy to each month and break that down into weekly focuses.

I’ll then assign a sticky / washi tape (you can grab it from Amazon here) with the type of task written out to focus on over a few days to still give myself day to day flexibility!

I translate all of these into Asana to make sure I stay on track every day and week. Each week has a focus that shows up on the Sundays at the beginning of the My Tasks.
