I was so glad I got to photograph Leyla’s UVA grad portrait session! We had originally planned to shoot in early spring but had to cancel due to coronavirus. I was so happy when she reached out in June to see if we could still photographer her grad portraits. Unfortunately, she was one of MANY brides that had to completely change her plans due to the pandemic so we made sure to get a ton of pictures of her with her family to tide her over until they can have their wedding day!
Leyla graduated as a Systems Engineer (Go E-School!!) and is similar in that her hobbies outside of classes are super artistic! She loves poetry, dancing and reading! Her session was so fun and she wore heels true to what she described her style as “heels with everything!” She’ll be moving out of state when she gets married in September now so this is one of her last “hurrahs” to UVA, Virginia and her family! Thank you Leyla for letting me take your pictures among the pandemic craziness! I wish you the very best as you start the next chapter of your life!!
Her sister and her have traded off wearing that stole!!
