How do I even put this into words?! My best friend is ENGAGED and it still feels surreal!! I was so grateful and excited that she asked me to take a couple of pictures so they would have options to send out their Save the Dates! SAVE. THE. DATES guys!!! They have a venue and date locked in place which is HUGE! I always tell my couples that this is the biggest step and the rest starts to fall in place from there!
I am so excited to be on the “other” side of things this upcoming fall season and get to experience what it’s like to watch your best friend get married & be a bridesmaid! I’m already so excited to be planning the bachelorette party!
We got to take these at Lake Audobon in Reston and although I’ve driven past the lake a ton of times, I’ve never actually stopped to go down the quick little 1.7 mile trail! We lucked out with the most beautiful fall colors on the lake and I LOVE these pictures – not that I’m biased or anything!! Is it weird to print these out and have them in my OWN home?! They’re just such happy pictures and truly encapsulate them as a couple!
