Emily & Brian first met in Boston and went on a brewery tour and spent the afternoon at their local beer hall getting to know each other! It’s only fitting that they’re coming back to Virginia to get married at Stone Tower Winery next spring π They absolutely love adventuring in new cities together making them a true MP couple with a love of traveling.
For their engagement session, we got to photograph & explore Bears Den! I had been back in the winter with my family and LOVED the location and thought it would be just perfect for them since they love spending time together in nature! Bears Den did not disappoint during our engagement session and looked absolutely beautiful with everything in full bloom during the summer.
It was a nod to where they got engaged. Brian proposed to Emily a week before they moved from Boston to Virginia. They spent one of their last weekends hiking together in the Blue Hills. Brian stopped at a beautiful scenic overlook and asked Emily to spend the rest of her life with him overlooking the Boston Skyline where they had first fallen in love, perfectly marking the end of their Boston chapter together.
Brian & Emily, thank you so much for giving me the pleasure of capturing this special chapter of your life together in VA! I can’t wait to celebrate with you next spring with all of your family & friends, and of course, all the tasty food and wine for your wedding day!!
