10:03  “I want to remind you that what you’re thinking is just a thought. And it’s not reality. And I think that for a lot of us, we take our thoughts as facts — ‘this is the way the world works, this is the way it is for me.'”

18:05  “So when it doesn’t work out, what I remind myself is that this doesn’t mean anything about me. I am still worthy. My worth has not changed because this ‘didn’t work out’. Because at the end of the day, I believe that it’s always working out.
