Following up my best of weddings from 2018, I also wanted to highlight all the fantastic college seniors (or fourth years if you’re loyal to UVA terminology) and couples that gave me the opportunity to capture their portraits this past year! Putting together this blog post made me realize that I got to photograph a LOT this past year despite working my full time job at Accenture. A lot of them MAY have conveniently ended up being at the Capitol which was a 15 minute walk from work hahaha! I’m not going to write much for this post (shocker, I know) since there are SO many images! I’m just very, very grateful to be able to have done what I loved throughout the past year and am so thankful to the people that made that happen!
First up was cramming in SIX senior sessions in one day when I visited UVA near graduation!! I hadn’t taken pictures at the Rotunda in so long and coming back for the day reminded me why I missed it so much!!! And just like UVA and Charlottesville in general of course!
Took a trip down to VCU to capture Leah’s pictures and snuck some of Adi in as well! We got the BEST light!!
FAVORITE!!
AND I made it out to VT for the graduations of some really special people! I’m not at all salty that some of my favorite grad photos I’ve ever taken are actually at VT hahaha
SO SO CUTE!
To my high school ladies, you guys are GORGEOUS!!!
Now for all the couples that let me capture their portraits, THANK YOU!!
How cute is Harper?!
Clearly obsessed with this ring!
The ones below were from such a fun proposal to capture!
Proposal number two which was AT NOON but had literally the dreamiest light Washington D.C. ever did see!! Your marble loving girl over here was in awe!
My engagement sessions took me from Alexandria to DC to Charlottesville to VT (sense a theme here people?!)
