Right after coming home from taking pictures of a bridal shower, I hopped right into the car and drove to Vienna to take my friend’s prom pictures. I met Nikky in high school through a club called Girls Learn International (if you haven’t heard about it, go check them out!). It was great to catch up with her and take pictures of her & her (very well dressed) friends in Meadowlark Gardens in Vienna before they headed off to prom!

Guys this is a lot harder than it looks!

Loved the candid one above. Also check out this girl, Kamya’s, dress. It was gorgeous and made me wish I had found a similar one for my own prom.

Also these girls have the most intense & crafty handshake I’ve ever seen. I caught a bit of it on video & half of it in pictures (it was that long!!).

Loved capturing the little details of the boutonniere, corsage, and jewelry!

And when there are iron tea baskets in the park, you have your pretend afternoon tea. These guys were so much fun and up for it all.
