There has lately been a trend that has kind of grown within the wedding industry called the First Look. A First Look is when a bride and groom choose to see each other BEFORE their ceremony and spend some time together alone.
I’m hoping to kick off a mini series of blog posts within the upcoming weeks focusing on tips for brides to help them ensure that their wedding day runs smoothly! Today, I’m including a bunch of these tips (plus some more, because you know how I get with these informational posts) for you 2018 brides to consider about the getting ready portion of their day on the blog so let me jump right in!
Providing a great client experience is one of my FAVORITE parts of being a wedding photographer and just a creative business owner in general! I truly believe that personal referrals are the strongest and best source of business that you can get. So, I’m constantly working on how to provide an incredible experience that helps me stand out from the crowd and keep my clients referring their friends and family back to me. I love my clients and getting to work with their friends that are like them is such a gift and makes my job super enjoyable!

One of my big pipe dream kind of goals for this year was to host my very first all day workshop for wedding photography! Just seven months later, I can’t believe it’s come and gone!
This is a bit of a different post than usual, but honestly I love putting together these types of things so I might be doing more of these if they’re helpful for any of you people out there! I’m not much of a Valentine’s day person at all, not a huge fan of getting flowers […]
